BAULNE is pleased to announce the appointment of Sébastien Grisé as President and Chief Executive Officer.
With more than 25 years of experience in building mechanical systems, Sébastien brings extensive industry expertise and operational leadership. Having joined BAULNE in 2013 as Project Director, he progressively advanced within the organization, most recently serving as Executive Vice-President and General Manager.
Throughout his tenure, Sébastien has overseen the company’s operations across all business units, including sales, finance, and service delivery. Actively involved in every phase of client mandates, he has strengthened client relationships while maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards.
Sébastien began his career as a refrigeration technician before progressing to the role of foreman responsible for HVAC projects, and later advancing into leadership positions within BAULNE, culminating in his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer. His career path reflects steady progression, combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Sébastien served as President of CETAF (Corporation des entreprises de traitement de l’air et du froid) for two mandates. In this capacity, he played an active role in representing and advocating for the interests of the industry, while helping promote training, quality, and safety standards across the sector.
This appointment marks a significant milestone in BAULNE’s evolution. Under the leadership of Sébastien Grisé, the company will continue to pursue its growth by leveraging its expertise in building mechanical systems, the commitment of its teams, a culture of innovation, and strong, long-term business relationships, to deliver high-performance, reliable, and sustainable solutions aligned with the evolving needs of its clients and the industry.
